Welcome to the Lighthouse!
Our Youth
Let young children come to know what the Kingdom is all about!
Raising the next generation
"Only take heed to yourself, and diligently keep yourself, lest you forget the things your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. And teach them to your children and your grandchildren.”
Deuteronomy 4:9
Nursery
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
Matthew 19:14
The purpose of the nursery ministry at Lighthouse Christian Fellowship is for 1 to 4 year olds to be able to play and learn, at the same time having biblical seeds planted in their soft and tender hearts. The children receive a small snack and are able to color, play, and do puzzles. We encourage you to bring your 1-4 year old to the nursery so they can learn and grow in Jesus.
Please let us know if there are any needs we should be aware of regarding your child
Date/Time:
Nursery is available during Sunday morning service (after praise and worship).
Children's Church
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
"Here at LCF we believe that children are a gift from God and future leaders within God's Kingdom. Therefore it is our goal to build strong foundations of faith in their life starting at a young age.
Our curriculum is designed for children ages 5 to 10 years old. We focus on teaching children the knowledge and love of God, awareness of Biblical stories, and memorization of Bible verses.
Date/Time:
Class starts on Sundays at the end of worship service and lasts until the end of the service.
Youth Group
As a child grows older we believe it is important to teach them not only what truth is but also how to find answers and navigate tough personal and cultural questions. Our youth group is focused on equipping 10-15 year old children with the tools necessary to build and maintain an unshakeable faith in an unstable culture.
Our meetings consist of recreational events and community outreach. The purpose is to bring instruction, build relationships, and provide opportunities for the children to practice what they learn.
Date/Time:
Meetings are every Saturday evening at 6pm. Location: Graham residence. Contact Morgan Graham for details. (morgan.l.graham@gmail.com)
