Phil Cappuccio
Since having a life changing experience with Jesus Christ at seventeen years old, Phil Cappuccio carries a fervent desire to make Jesus Christ and His Kingdom known to the nations. Pastor Phil continues to serve the Lord and the body of Christ by bringing the Word of the Lord through preaching, teaching and the prophetic ministry. It has been said of his ministry that Pastor Phil is a teacher by gifting; a prophet by calling and a revivalist by nature. Pastor Phil is a presbyter of LCF.
Richard and Theresa Hilton
Theresa is known for her dynamic, inspiring, and anointed ministry of worship…and her laughter and zeal for life and love. She gave her life to Christ at just six years of age. When Theresa was only twelve she was playing piano and leading worship in her local church, as well as performing for local events and playing piano for an all girl gospel band! Theresa’s passion is to reach the lost with music and lyrics that bring the Presence of God to everyone who hears. Her music lyrics and her message focus on the power of God’s love. Theresa has recorded three albums to date. Her latest,In That Moment, is her first solo album. In addition to composing worship music, Theresa raises and trains worship teams for local churches, including new church plants.This has made her a popular speaker, not only in Worship Conferences, but in Women’s and Marriage Conferences as well. Dave and Patty Dillon
Pastors David and Patty Dillon founded Rock Church Franklin in June of 1975 in Franklin, Virginia. They pastored Rock for the next 40 years as the church grew and flourished. Pastor David now serves as the principal of Rock Church School, and they travel encouraging the church both nationally and internationally.

Steve and Mary Prokopchak
Steve and Mary Prokopchak, as members of the DOVE International Apostolic Council, help to provide oversight and direction for DOVE churches in the United States, the Caribbean and the South Pacific region. A Christian family and marriage counselor for many years, Steve earned his Master of Human Services degree from Lincoln University. Mary is a registered nurse and works part-time in her field. Steve and Mary’s vision and hearts’ cry is to see people made whole in their personal lives, marriages and families. They travel regularly, ministering in churches across the nation and internationally, giving people the various leadership and counseling tools they need.
Tim Hines
Dr. Tim Hines is a graduate of International Seminary, of Plymouth, Florida, where he completed his Bachelors and Masters degree in the subject of Theology. His ordination is through Norvel Hayes Ministries of Cleveland, Tennessee. He also earned his Doctorate in ministry there. For the past 33 years, he has served this college as an alumni instructor. He teaches on the subjects of Old Testament and New Testament Survey, Basic Bible Doctrines, The Blood Covenant, The Life and Parables of Christ and varying other subjects. Tim Hines and his family are presently located in the state of Florida, where they are part of Crystal River Church of God in Crystal River Florida. Their ministerial experience also includes starting two churches, and pastoring two others. For the last twenty four years, they have traveled the nation, serving the body of Christ prophetically.
